I’m writing a book! It’s on personal finance for funded graduate students.
The tentative title is Beyond the Broke Graduate Student: A Practical Guide to Surviving and Thriving on Your Stipend.
The book will be published by the University of California Press. I’m delighted that they accepted my proposal and that my book will join their wonderful slate of comparable books such as Is Grad School for Me?: Demystifying the Application Process for First-Gen BIPOC Students and Thriving as an International Scientist: Professional Development for Global STEM Citizens.
The book doesn’t have a publication date yet, but I expect it will be in 2028 or 2029.
